Daily Planetary Schedule {Default Tab}

Here you see the order of planet rulerships and their associated time intervals for the selected day. The first planet in the sequence is always the day ruler and has some importance throughout the day (24-hour period). The scrolled and highlighted entry is the current planetary hour. If you have marked day/hour combinations, hours in the shown schedule will also be slightly highlighted (in white).

Touching an entry in the list will display the general effects of the selected planet. Specific information about the current time can be obtained in the attributes (fingerprint) tab. Changing day/time and location is possible using the button that reads HERE & NOW. This button is both clickable (center for the menu, left arrow for yesterday, right arrow for tomorrow) and four-way swipeable as the profile selection button to its right.

Congruence/Mood {Profile Selection Window}

Congruence value shows how easy it is to be peaceful and/or self-confident at the current time for the selected user. High congruence indicates more willingness and ability to accept or control current surroundings and available conditions, less frustration dealing with mundane matters, and more eagerness for satisfaction. Low congruence, on the other hand, has a negative impact on motivation and makes everything harder than it actually is.

Congruence is as high as the difference in strength between the higher and lower ends of the emerging energy hierarchy after the power struggle between different types of energies becomes resolved. It shows how strongly one energy type takes on a leadership role in an individual to form and support her decisions, giving her focus and clarity. As a matter of fact, it is somewhat inversely proportional with versatility, which begets richness and depth, instead of direction. Versatility is the will and ability to deal with different aspects of life. It causes skepticism and brings in multiple angles to view matters of interest and a wide variety of scales to weigh options.

You may notice some people have high congruence values in general. Due to their high natal congruence, these people are likely to find harmony more often than others. On the contrary, some other people may be living more sophisticated lives than most. You may check on a profile's natal congruence value for this.

Skills {Profile Selection Window}

Skills are essentially compound attributes which signify general potential in an area and are influenced and directed by the choices of the individual. They may imply various concepts loosely centered around the keywords/icons provided. Therefore, flexibility may mean mental flexibility, as in clemency, physical flexibility, as in acrobatics, or having a fluid character and vision. Similarly, reach may mean how far a person is willing to go, how precise she can be in her actions, how much she is likely to extend her work and scale up her business, etc.

Skills are scored over a scale of ten, where 4-6 range regarded as average or the expected value for a "normal" person, 7-8 indicating the significant and somewhat exceptional ability, and anything above that is spectacular and extraordinary. On the downside, however, strong skills create also strong distortions. A high defense skill, for example, makes the person extra defensive and untrusting; so she wouldn't easily let people in. Some people may accommodate both high and low-ranked skills, while others may follow a smoother pattern. Needless to say, the skill(s) with the highest score is the main focus and proficiency of the individual, and others will revolve around it.

Reminder: A score of 9 is rare and a 10 is almost unattainable. A high score is not a guarantee of success in any field. The individual still has to put in some effort and manage her life accordingly.

Elemental Configuration {Profile Selection Window}

This is a classification of an individual in terms of elemental structure at a specific time/place or in general; here elements being the four classical ones. It is a useful derivative of the zodiac fingerprint to know what you are dealing with immediately. You can see this info on the profile selection window for the selected profile at the right. Classification types are as follows:

  • Single dominant: Potency of one element identifying the individual. May cause insularity.

  • Single neglected: Lack of an element identifying the individual. May cause aversion to, and denial of subjects & actions represented by this particular element.

  • Two dominant: Unwavering. Since this configuration also indicates the other two elements are neglected, this is the most biased type of all. May also cause inner conflict due to no single authority.

  • One dominant, one neglected: Cautious and doubtful. May cause confusion and getting lost at times.

  • Well-Balanced [indicated by yin-yang symbol]: Neutral, as it should be; nothing to say based on the elemental data. This is good to have for sure, but may cause a lack of focus and/or passivism as a side effect.

Biorhythm Cycles {Profile Selection Window}

Although these cycles are not related to planetary hours, they reveal additional important information. They can be considered together with planetary attributes to get a better understanding of the situation.

These are PHY, EMO, INT, SPI seen in the profile selection window. They measure four pillars of our well-being: physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual. Each following a sine wave on a period of varying days following the birthdate. That means each cycle spans an equal length of time at both higher and lower ends. And that should explain why we don't always perform the same.

Notice: Since most other biorhythm calculators use a -100 to +100 scale, 0 is their average value; for this app though, to make it consistent with other metrics and to avoid confusion, a solely positive 0-100 percent scale is used, and thus the average value is 50% (though the calculation is all the same). This is where -having reached the default/neutral value- the Polarity Reversal (from - to + or + to -) happens. Whereas values 0 and 100 are the points, where -having reached the min or max value- the Trend Reversal (from asc to desc or desc to asc) occurs.

If the value is above 50, the cycle is in positive trend and vice versa. Polarity reversal or the transition at 50% imposes a difficulty on the individual, regardless of the trend's direction. This is indicated on the profile selection window by an exclamation mark.

Profile Tags {Profile Selection Window}

A profile can have up to six tags associated with it. This is so that you can filter profiles according to a selected category. Below are some hints about using tags:

    • #deceased have a blackish tint and do not show up in live/actual mode.

    • #favorites have a blueish tint, and they are pinned to the top (below the user profile) when the sorting mode is alphanumerical (the default).

    • Use #friends, #family, #vicinity, #community, #team, and #workplace tags to define your type of relationship with this person. More specifically, use #team for people you work with, #workplace for people who you work for, #vicinity for people you see on a daily/weekly basis due to your geographic position, #community for charity/volunteer work and/or hobby/activity/event groups.

    • Use #acquaintances, #celebrities, or #unknown tags to define your level of familiarity with this person.

    • Use #global, #local, or both tags together to define your way/medium of engagement with this person.

    • Use #casual to show profiles at the end of the list when the sorting mode is alphanumerical (the default). This is basically the opposite of #favorites.

    • Use #hidden to hide profiles unless this tag is selected deliberately. It is a way to isolate a selection of profiles from the rest.

Attributes {Fingerprint Tab}

Foreword

This app makes use of sidereal (true visible sky) astrology. The Zodiac System option found in the settings tab does not affect the calculation of attributes and their derivatives. All sections found in the fingerprint tab rely on zodiac sign strengths, which are calculated using a formula with a strong emphasis on planetary hours. The app doesn't follow modern mainstream astrology in this regard and is a unique tool on its own. Instead of analyzing separate sets of raw planetary data, it aims to provide an analysis of an individual or time/place as a whole, derived from planetary positions and aspects. Current/natal conditions are symbolized in terms of zodiac signs and by the topics/areas they represent. When evaluating the result, look for:

  1. Individual highs and lows, especially ones out of order

  2. Types of edges formed (sharp vs smooth)

  3. Overall shape type (oval, square, triangle, star, pointy etc.) and the trend (clustering, coverage, etc.)

  4. Center of gravity

Sample shape analysis:
1. Strong fire signs, exaggerated tendency towards Leo while Aquarius backing it up; supplying care and objectivity.2. Moderate edges; consecutive signs are skipped, but there are no huge gaps.3. Pointy; using every resource available in line with Leo characteristics. Low coverage; inflexible.4. Leo; proud, self-indulgent, confident, reassuring and fame oriented.

Overview

You can use this tab for:

  1. Examining the present situation in itself [indicated by turquoise color]: Disable personalize and set date/location.

  2. Examining someone in general [indicated by gray color]: Choose user, press circular button (on fingerprint page), enable personalize and natal (character) view options. You can also achieve the same result by setting the date/location to a profile's natal (instead of enabling the natal view override).

  3. Examining someone at a particular moment [indicated by purple color]: Set date/location and choose the profile, press circular button, enable personalize and disable natal (character) view options.

  4. Comparing people in general [indicated by green & gray colors]: Choose first profile, press circular button, and enable the following: personalize, compare with and natal (character) view.

  5. Comparing people at a particular moment [indicated by green & purple colors]: Set date/location and choose the first profile, press circular button, enable personalize, compare with and disable natal (character) view option.

Furthermore:

  • You can enable Compare With Natal option to add a sticky natal bar. In that case, natal view is disabled to display present values (at selected time/place) for you to compare them with natal values.

  • You can enable Daily Average View option to switch from hourly view to daily view. This summarizes the entire day by using the current moment (selected date/time) as the seed and averaging attributes for every hour on that day. Because of hourly variations in a day, expect values to be more uniform and mediocre when using this setting. Enabling this option will disable the natal view.

  • You can enable Relative View option for a comparative scale. In this mode, the relative superiority of an attribute is displayed instead of its independent absolute value. The relative scale is good for checking balance/priority, while the absolute is good for checking strength/weakness. Playing with this option will help you get a complete picture of the situation. Enabling Relative View will replace the radar (spider web) chart with a pie chart.

  • You can enable Plot Center of Mass option to display that on the radar (spider web) chart with G. The further away from the center it is, the greater the pull towards that direction and thus the favoritism. Note that this point is deliberately positioned a bit further away from the center to indicate differences between charts more clearly.

  • You can enable Plot Area of Intersection option to show the common area between the displayed charts in white with yellow borders. The greater that white area is, the more similar the personality; especially so when the center of mass falls on the same pillar.

  • You can enable Highlight Prominent Sections option for the app to indicate sections with a dominating or an excessive attribute at the selected settings. The intensity of the highlight specifies how prominent that section is.

    • If you also have Compare With Natal enabled, sections with a significant difference from the selected person's natal will be indicated in gray. It has higher precedence than the standard (violet) highlight.

    • If you also have Compare With enabled, sections with a significant difference from the target person will be indicated in green. It has the highest precedence.

  • You can enable Hide Average Values option for the app to hide attributes that fall in mid-range. This option will behave differently depending on the state of Relative View setting.

  • You can enable Sort Alphabetically option if you prefer to see attributes in a fixed order. The default order is sort by value (descending).

  • You can enable Always Show Descriptions/Pictures option if you prefer to see descriptions/pictures of attributes without the need of touching/clicking.

  • You can enable Hide Sections option to narrow down the list for easier viewing.

  • Transformation Buttons (C R S O): These are intended for enthusiasts who wish to alter the displayed chart to unveil additional information. C view shows what completes (fills the holes), and R view shows what counters (anti) the current chart. S and O views are rubbed and balanced versions of the chart obtained by averaging 180° and 90° edges respectively.

Attribute Bars (Indicators)

All attributes are bound to their respective sections. They should be considered in their context and compared to the other attributes in the same section. Unless alphabetical ordering is enabled, they are shown in descending order of value for each section. The default/expected value for an attribute is 50. It can go as low as 1 and does not have an upper bound. Attribute bars get darker as values go up, and vice versa. The darker the attribute bar, the more related that attribute is to the subject. Every attribute is present for every person and situation, but its degree of relevance (might as well be infinitesimal) is determined by its value.

Here you see filled rectangles that are linked to certain attributes, indicating their strengths. Because there is no predetermined set of total points, some people may have higher or lower scores overall in any section. Three squares mean an average and expected value. So any attribute with less than two full squares can be considered below average, and any other with more than three full squares can be considered above average.

People don't fully appreciate and understand the importance of characteristics that are below average. Again so, they put more value on characteristics that are above average. An attribute with more filled squares means higher potential in that area but also bears a higher risk of distortion and imbalance. And when a particular attribute is almost empty or full, we inevitably run into its deficiency or its excess in every part of our lives.

Attribute Sections

Every attribute belongs to a section and is defined under that roof. Attributes with generic names have their meaning tied to and constrained by other members of their respective sections. That means, synonymous or similarly named attributes can actually be different. All sections are basically grouped under core, contemporary, analytic, this or that, esoteric:

  • The Core group consists of the main component: Zodiac and its two direct derivatives: Elements, Colors. Any other section consists of either a combination of these or their derivatives. Accuracy loss taken here due to the inefficacy of the calculation algorithm is inevitably carried onto the other sections. That makes it vital to get this part right. No wonder not perfect, but good enough.

  • The Contemporary group includes topics and concepts people are usually already familiar with. Note that, corresponding attributes are usually hybrid/complex in nature and are defined differently by various parties. Although appealing to the most, ambiguity regarding their scope and lack of any exact definition cause attributes in these sections to have the lowest precision.

  • The Analytic group urges you to do meditate on basic, casual, or familiar subjects on a deeper level. Considering every member of the section against each other, try to map the hierarchy between attributes and notice their sharpness. Comparing with charts of people you know helps immensely to visualize the whole picture.

  • The This or That group is relatively easier to read, and it indicates the pole the individual sides with. If both attribute values seen here are close to each other, there is neutrality or indecision.

  • The Esoteric group is mostly symbolic and requires further interpretation by the user.

Attribute Tracking

This is a feature intended for advanced users who want to keep an eye on certain attributes. Touching on an attribute will display an eye symbol reading on or off, indicating if that particular attribute is currently being tracked or not. Touching on the symbol will toggle tracking for that specific attribute.

If you enable tracking for an attribute, you will start getting notifications on planetary hour changes. The frequency of these manual* notifications can be adjusted by setting the attribute tracking level (sensitivity) in the app settings. You may get one of the following for the tracked attributes:

  • Critical - attribute is out of bounds in either way, causes strong bias/drive and imbalance

  • Exceptional - attribute has very high value

  • Dominant - attribute has a higher value than expected

  • Mediocre - attribute has average value and has no significance

  • Inferior - attribute has a lower value than expected

  • Deficient - attribute has very low value

* There are also Overtaking notifications for attributes that are much higher currently compared to your natal's. These subjects indicate areas you normally avoid, but now have the opportunity to observe, experience, explore and possibly develop.

Personal Profile Submission {Settings Tab}

You can choose to make your personal birth profile public on the web (Android 5+). That way, anyone creating a new profile will be able to see you as a suggestion. This feature is disabled by default, in case you want to hide your birth information. Feel free to enable it via the cloud icon if you like. This is an account-free, no-strings-attached solution. And when you disable this feature again or stop using the app altogether, your data is made unavailable to others and deleted from the server after a while.

For your profile to be shared, you need to have a valid default profile name; not too long, not too short, with regular letters. Nicknames are allowed as long as they are unique, and they can be used to mask your identity on the web. After you choose to share your info by clicking on the button with the cloud icon in the settings tab, it will take its place among the global profile collection after a few minutes. However, if you still can't see the newly added profile after some time, try re-enabling database sync in-app settings on the target device to enforce the update.

Notice: This does not let the app share your current location with others. However, everyone will be able to view and use your birth info to their liking. If you would like to share a profile discreetly instead, there is a button for that under profile details (where you enter birth data).

Profile Sharing {Settings Tab}

You may back up or share your local profile list with the option of filtering by tag. And to import a profile list, just find the file (with the .ptpl extension) on the device and click on it. The app is smart enough to avoid any duplicate entries.

Tip: Adding profiles via the import wizard is the cheapest automatized option (one-to-one).
